First of all. All those who are saying the taste is shit. I will say you guys don’t know what food should be of what taste. Ramen was good and was made as per the specifications which we asked for. Super taste and black ramen was the best of all. Haven’t tasted anything like that in surat till now. Banana brownies is something you can’t deny here! Must visit! Sushi was good too. Perfectly made with cheese and everything! Overall very good experience!!

We went there first time. When we reached we were the only visitors so we were having second thoughts whether to have dessert or go somewhere else. But cozy & colorful environment made us stay there. Coming to food , We were not sure about items as well. So we simple went with guessing. We selected Tender Coconut Bingsu & mixed fruits Bingsu. Trust me they were awesome. Made mind to visit with family and friends again.

Loved this place way too much. The staff is so humble and well mannered. The food was amazing. Specially the dessert bingsu. It's a must visit place in surat.

Surat 1st ever korean based cafe served authentic taste of korea. Snowera only served different types of korean food like Bingsu,Gimbap,Ramyun. They also served beverages like Dutch Coffee and cold pressed juice. Here i try Dryfruit Bingsu making from fresh milk based dessert topped with chopeps dry fruits. Process of making Bingsu is so different,firstly fresh milk put on the machine after that milk is crushed with using condenser upto -30°c temp reach for freezing milk to crushed form after that layer by layer spreading on the dish topped with Dryfruit. If you wanna a try something new dessert in the town must go this place and enjoy korean dessert bingsu.

Visited last week this cafe for some different experience, and yes it's truly different than other cafe in terms of varieties they serve in food and desserts. Coming to food on limited hunger we had tried one rice preparation and two deserts. Korean fried rice was amazing in taste. Rice they use may be matta rice or organic rice, tastes very good. In deserts we had tried chocolate and strawberry bingsu. It's a live milk desert, similar to ice cream but different in making and taste. Go for some different experience and taste. Seating arrangements and interior of this cafe is eye catching. Service was excellent.

It is really great place to have korean food experience. Some people might not like the taste of food because we have indian taste buds but the quality of food is really great and services and prices are also value for money. I usually order a gimbap(sushi) and ramyun and everytime it tastes just amazing its kind of addictive once you start to like it. Great ful to have such good korean food in surat

We recently visited this place and they serve amazing Korean desserts. BINGSU which tasted like milk snow was just amazing and very healthy. Even the sushi was good. Morning BINGSU was our favorite and even Oreo BINGSU. We totally loved the place and ambience.

Snow era is the one place in surat which offers delicious Korean desserts . . The menu is very largest so i think u should try bingsu over there. . There food menu is almost new in surat . Recommend by me for Korean dessert.

We tried kitkat bingsu after suggestion of the owner as we like medium chocolatey flavour.....it was nice ......as I tried Korean dessert first time I have nothing to compare with .....but it was worth trying once

The Bingsu was just Hershey's chocolate syrup, sugar syrup, and milk with some water added to the Bingsu maker. The taste was bleh, making it feel like I paid mostly for the machine that created the special texture and a few chocolate chips. It wasn't enjoyable and definitely not worth the price.
