One of the best amd the oldest restaurant for a quick bite. A must try is Fish N Chips. Kaathi roll is all time favorite. But they really need to work on their service as u sometimes found it good and sometimes they just avoid your presence. Over all the experience is satisfied and one can go up for a bite anytime.

The best Chicken Biryaanii i’ve had in Surat! And chilli chicken was super yummy and spicyy. Perfect ambience with great and helpful staff! ❤️✨

This place looks decent but the staff is too rude. The service is not at all good. I had ordered for chesse grilled sandwich and the taste of it was like normal toast sandwich. Then i had ordered Kesar pista shake to my surprise which was good.

As someone who has been a loyal SnS customer for God knows how many years it saddens me to give them a 1* rating. I would actually go lower but that's not an option. I've seen in the last year or so that the food quality has gone down drastically. On our last visit my wife ordered a chicken biryani and complained that it was the driest briyani she has ever eaten in her life. The vegetarian food has not been that great either. But the biggest nail in the coffin was when i saw a cockroach on the table that climbed the soya sauce stand. I called a waiter to take it away and have it cleaned but i don't know what it is that he heard he picked it up and kept it on another table where people were already sitting! I was absolutely mortified and it seemed like they just don't care anymore. Outside tables hygiene is so bad god knows what's happening in the kitchen. Sorry but i dont think i will return here ever again which is sad because this used to be one of the top places in surat and this is what it has been reduced to.

This has happened second time with me when I have ordered 9" pizza with cheese burst base but received regular one and the oregano you provide is weird too. Please avoid ordering from Ring Road branch of Sugar n Spice

Very rude behavior of the staff and waitors. Don't even serve water with pure quality and forced to buy mineral water. Food Quality below average. Total disappointment

Sorry to say worst ever experience had to wait 45 mins just to 3 items i ordered.. waiter where busy in mobile and only 2 tables running ..
