Mr Parbir - Sous chef served us customized Jain food as per request. We had Exotic vegetables in black bean sauce and Hakka noodles, Kaju matar kabab , Dal Makahni , Alu Gobhi Adrakhi and other Creme Brûlée, Strawberry Baked Yoghurt . Food was tasty and portions size was perfect for 3 persons. Mr Rajib served us with perfect hospitality.

We recently went to Table 101 and Subrata went out of the way and made sure our dining experience was truly worth it and joy! Must tell it was so lovely to be here!! 100% recommend, Buffet for anyone who has a good appetite and want to enjoy variety of food.

There was a vast menu for a fantastic enormous supper, as this hotel specialises in large menus. I received individualised attention. I got to choose a special dish that was prepared by this chef. The duty assistant Varun gave me the substance's specifics.

Didn’t feel like a 5star..they served olive oil in a steel bowl n oregano n chilli flakes were also served in similar manner..needs to match the 5star standard.

Food was very average. Veg seekh kabab were too spicy without any mention of spice level in menu. Pasta was good but the white sauce was split a bit. Pizza was very soggy and undercooked in the centre. Even the toppings were cold and completely raw.

Went in for a la carte dinner, realised there is nothing on the menu if you are vegetarian. No mental effort at all.

A very honest review - Surat has more better places then this over costly buffet - Pricing is still not a issue but that pizza tasted like Ajay’s ka pizza and more then that pasta was blend - Mkre then that dessert were completely disappointing
