This is the worst dish i have ever ordered in any online delivery platform. This spoiled food shown in the picture is called "kunafa" by the restaurant. I have ordered this on Zomato for 355 rupees along with "veg wrap" at May 13th. This "shitee kunafa" feels like thin layer of "expired semiya" soaked in sugar water and the stuff in the veg wrap was like "chenna masala". So we called the restaurant and raised a complaint. They weren't responded properly at first and then they said they will refund us but they haven't till now. Even if they charge too much amount from the customers, they didn't belive in customer satisfaction or food quality. They just want to scam their customers. Be aware from this scammers. I hope zomato does care about their customers and take action again this restaurant so that other people won't get scammed like us in the future.
