1. The staff Rongsenkala was very sweet and courteous. 2. The food was okay. 3. The AC wasn't working properly, though.

I wouldn’t recommend this as a brunch option. Cold food. Not much of exotic options. Feedback acceptance was also poorly attended to. V Disappointing experience for the amount v paid. Giving 3 stars because of the two cakes and some starters which were good but nothing exceptional.

Food was not up to the mark .. 1:36 3 dishes were still not out .. there was no one on the welcome area , we helped ourselves .. we had to ask for water .. food was really bad

Wasn’t the best experience, although the spread was good the food was at best warm and became cold as soon as took 2 bites, spotted a cockroach aswell

Found hair in one of the dishes. the taste was also not upto my expectations although the staff was very helpful and ambience was nice

had to wait for long when we went for buffet breakfast as most of the items container were empty or long wait to refill it and poor management. Parathas were uncooked

service ... wish I could give negative marks ... worst experience till date food ... snacks were extremely poorly prepared. I can prepare better snacks and I don't cook managers ... just not interested not even worth 10% price the only good thing was the cocktail/ mocktail preperation

There was hardly any spread for the buffet. Pune known for biryani had a very pathetic biryani. the menu was basic and boring . Wasn't expected from a brand name like hyatt. A very disappointing experience and value for money is zero.

the food quality has gone to the dogs the pricing have gone high they used to service beers which they don't serve any more even after increasing the pricing choose another place will offer better food and options
