Went to celebrate my birthday alongside family, everything right from ambience, food quality and service was top notch We order tandoori chicken , chicken malai tikka, dal makhani , butter chicken and Aam panna , the taste was decent for all the dishes I felt tandoori chicken can be cooked more to get that crispy taste The best was mango chutney which they serve along side onion and green chutney Overall a perfect lavish place to have fine dining along with family Note: they have lift in the form of Indore stair lift for elderly which makes it comfortable Jayendra Rawat helped us for all the order and services and he was at his best

Went to have dinner last weekend with family and friends. First time, but best time I can say. We are fond of going to different restaurants and hence can evaluate the level of food, service and ambience. We all were really impressed. Amazing food, nice soothing ambience and service par excellence. Restaurant head Mr. Rana and our server Mr. Manoj need a special mention. We found a place for our future parties.

An Overpriced Fire Hazard with Appalling Service and Tasteless Food My recent visit to The Imperial Spice was a complete disaster from start to finish. First and foremost, this restaurant feels like a glaring fire hazard. The access is incredibly narrow, and the stairs are extremely steep. If any emergency or disaster were to happen, there is simply no way you could make it out alive. The ambiance is just as bad. The decor looks incredibly cheap—you can literally see brown cello tape stuck to the ceiling and exposed drainage pipes running directly along the walls. The seating is cramped, and the noise levels are unbearable, making it impossible to enjoy the evening. The food was entirely tasteless and exorbitantly priced. The Manchow soup was burnt and easily the worst I’ve ever tasted. Every single dish was a massive letdown, with the sole exception of the paneer tikka. However, given the quality of everything else, I highly suspect they are using cheap analogous paneer rather than real dairy paneer. To make matters worse, the service was atrocious. Our waiter was absent half the time, forcing us to call him over two or three times just to get our food served. it felt like he was just dumping the food onto our table. We were there to celebrate and cut a cake, but he continuously pressured us about when we would cut it. When the time finally came, he couldn't even be bothered to light the candles—he just dumped them on the table and left. This was a horrible experience overall. You are paying premium prices for terrible food, an unsafe and cramped environment, and absolutely zero hospitality. Save your money, prioritize your safety, and avoid this place at all costs.
