I had complained to zomato that my order for extra cheese in sandwich was not done.. however it was melted and stuck on the other bread. I had noticed it only while eating it. I'm sorry to have complained to zomato about it and causing trouble to the restaurant. It was my mistake. Please accept my humble apology. 🙏🙏

when I eat for the first time in this restaurant, I think in my mind that thiruvalla has grown in food varieties. the staff are friendly and the ambiance is very good. you will never regret it after going to the restaurant

The food is not up to the mark. I have tried multiple times and it always disappointed. Tried Lebanese shawarma, Al fahm and Turkish roll. Disappointed.

Overall bad experience. Will never visit the place ever again. Food wasn't upto the mark and it takes hours to get the food and the staff to reach us.

How do they call it a shawarma, meet was under cooked and full of bones, more cabbage and some sort of sweet sause, the hammed was really good, other than that all different shawarma was bad, fries was stale , threw out half of most shawarmas , tge sauses are useless, don’t spent money on it

I odered Kuzhimandi.. It was decorated well but tasted horrible..chicken was uncooked with no masala .overall I will derate it than giving 1 star..plz dnt odr it..u will hate mandi for ever...
