Tried their Thandoori bites, Grilled & nomal combo. Fried chicken is very good and spicy. It's mouth watering and I always crave for this delicious chicken. Tried their burger another day. It was ok but too heavy for stomach. Overall satisfactory experience.

We tried to order a meal for two of us, it had sandwich, wings and a chicken piece I think. They said the wings aren’t available, and it wasn’t replaceable with chicken strips or fries that was just sad. So instead we ordered two snack meals. One with burger and a piece of fried chicken, the chicken was served hot but very oily the burger was good. Then chicken tacos with one piece grilled chicken, the grill chicken took some time as they make it asap. I loved it, it was fresh hot and tender. The tacos were the best! Except it’s really small, it was absolutely delicious. The environment is relaxing customer service is nice.

Visited this outlet with my friends as we had a coupon of 1+1 free on Medium Pizza. Orderd a Royal Supreme and the same for the complimentary pizza as well. The two pizzas came with one of them in a 'Small' sized box. When we checked with them about it, they said that they had run out of 'Medium' sized boxes. This gave us the opportunity of comparing the pizza sizes and we realised that the 'Medium' pizza is only slightly bigger than the 'Small' size. Also, the Medium pizza that had been forcibly fitted into the Small size box had resulted in the pizza getting folded on the side, thus breaking the pizza on that portion. The next big disappointment was that there was hardly any cheese over either of the pizzas. And when we had tried pulling out a couple of slices, both slices completely disintegrated, revealing the bare bread base. It was thus clear that there was hardly any cheese, hardly any toppings, and a despicable base that was being used. Without taking a second bite, we called the management. The store manager gave the illogical and outright horrendous explanation that the pizza was disintegrating because of "excess cheese". We asked both pizzas to be returned along with our money. At that point they offered to give us fresh pizzas. The fresh pizzas came and they were not too different from the earlier ones, While these didn't break apart, the cheese looked marginally more along with the toppings - which were like two pieces of chicken per slice! As we were outrageously hungry and didn't have the patience or time to think of something else, we went ahead and ate the two pizzas anyway.  An utterly miserable experience and one that has made us vouch never to return to Chicking.
