Horrible horrible service. You ask anything, spoon, fork,plate- their default answer is "NO" . Yesterday I visited this restaurant to take away food as no dining available due to covid protocol, I request them to keep paper plates and cutlery. My family was there in the car and we wanted to have lunch. So arrogantly they said NO. Such pathetic service. Don't know when they will grow up and have any commonsense.

I ordered 2 kizhi parottas and one falooda, but there was only one kizhi parotta.And also falooda was not at all good.I showed the delivery boy but he told me his duty is only to deliver the items ordered.Very bad experience.

After 30 minutes accepting my order they called me telling your is delayed by 30 mins so it means 1 hour . seriously if u don't know how run business then don't run plz
