Thank you for having a Starbucks in Trichur. Consistency maintained, taste maintained, quality maintained. For my fellow friends who are clueless what to order try this - Iced cafe latte with classic and vanilla syrup.The blueberry muffin is also world class. Thanks again Starbucks Thrissur.

Thrissur has finally got its very own Starbucks! This Starbucks in Thrissur is the ninth one in Kerala and started operating in December 2023. You can find it on the Thrissur-Palakkad road in Kizhakkumpatukara. I visited this outlet last weekend to check it out. Just like other Starbucks, this one also has a fancy dining area on two floors covering 1700 square feet. The best part? It's open 24/7, so you can grab a coffee anytime you're in the city. ► Menu: Their menu is quite impressive, much like other Starbucks stores, offering a wide range of items. In the food section, you'll find a variety of delicious options such as burgers, croissants, wraps, puffs, sliced cakes, muffins, cookies, pastries, and brownies. Additionally, they also offer chocolate bars, cashews, almonds in packets, and coffee powders in packet form. When it comes to beverages, they have a selection of hot coffee choices like Americano, Latte, Mocha, Filter Coffee, Cappuccino, and their Signature Hot Chocolate. For cold beverages, they have their popular Signature Milkshakes available in Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry flavors, along with their Frappuccino. They've recently added Masala Chai and Elaichi Chai to their menu. You can also get a Starbucks card at the store for free, which you can use for payments after recharging it from the Starbucks India app or directly at the store in multiples of 100. Starbucks also offers rewards programs through their app, where you can stay updated on their latest offers and menu items. Plus, if you spend around Rs 600 in any of their stores within a year, you can enjoy a free tall beverage on your birthday month. Their beverages come in four sizes: Short, Tall, Grande, and Venti, with Venti being the largest size. ► Customer Service: Overall, the customer experience was good. The staff were polite, friendly, and eager to explain their new offers. ►Ambiance: The place itself is neat and tidy with a premium vibe. It's well-lit and has a display screen showing the menu items. Parking can be a bit tricky since there's space for only two cars at a time, and it tends to get crowded, especially on weekends when IT and startup folks come with their laptops to enjoy the free Wi-Fi. ► Food and Beverages: During my visit, I tried the Hazelnut Triangle pastry priced at Rs 195 from the food section. It's a common dessert found in most Starbucks stores and one of my personal favorites. It's a pastry with layers of hazelnut meringue and buttercream, truly a treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. In the beverages section, I had their Java Chip Berry Frappuccino (Tall version) priced at Rs 460. This beverage was launched as part of Valentine's Day and is available for a limited time until Feb 14th. It's a Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Creme Frappuccino with blended strawberry puree, java Frappuccino chips, and topped with whipped cream. Additionally, they introduced a brownie named Valentine's Blossom, also available for a limited number of days as part of Valentine's Day celebrations. ► Cost Factor: The price of most of the items are on the higher side as it is a premium coffee store. It may cost min 1k-2k if you visit here with 2 persons. Apart from considering the cost, the experience was positive overall. It's a nice place to work away from your usual spot while enjoying a hot and high-quality coffee. I noticed many IT professionals come here with their laptops because of the free internet. It's also a great spot for a date.

Had a unpleasant experience today. The service was quite sloppy and the Barista couldn't get my mocha right. The sandwich was almost frozen, even though had asked to microwave it. Was happy about this new outlet, but I would be very sceptical about visiting again. Bad first impression.
