One of the best service I ever saw. The service will makes you feel like you are at home. The servers are very humble and kind. The food tastes amazing!!!! Overall, a wonderful experience!!!

One of the worst experiences that I’ve ever faced. We have ordered butta bojanam! In that it comprises of a lot of items as per description given! Apart from chutney fry flavoured rice and normal rice with a kaja(sweet) nothing else was delivered! Minimum Basic dal curd rasam was also not delivered! Atrocious! when contacted zomato they offered a refund of 146rs! Inspite of explaining and requesting to at least deliver the missing items which are basic they stood on a refund of 146rs! And when asked to escalate to senior, they said within 24hrs a call back will be given! Disappointed with zomato! They failed miserably! And most importantly Surprised and disappointed with Subbayya gari hotel! It’s a renowned name in east Godavari and they just spoiled it!
