Staff is less responsive to dine in customers and they charge packing charges for dine in also. Sometimes bill is not given. Even after availability of food items they say no to some combos without reason. KFC is known for great food and all items should be available for dine in also. Counter staff needs polished behaviour for customers satisfaction.
