This is the 2nd time I went to the hotel because I had very good experience the first time, but it's very bad experience this time and I would not suggest for anyone. to start with we ordered tomato soup, taste was okay but the worst part is it had burnt bread crumbs,food service was very bad, nobody attended us for almost 10 mins and after the order made, food was just kept on the table unattended or not serviced into the plates. only for the payment the bearer was prompt.

Service was worst than roadside thela. sofas were all torn and dirty, washroom flush had no water. Lights were switched off while ppl were using bathroom. Overall never had such a bad experience

poor staff behaviour, not good with customers. demanding response. They act like they are serving for free. Though the crowd is less, act like it's so busy.

Very worst service and Food was also worst everything was tarry black in tikkas which were very much over cooked . Once it was great now it has become worst
