Banana leaf is a very old hotel in trichy and has very good food It is famous for their biriyani but recently felt like the quality and taste have decreased but still they have some unbeatable items . They have launched fried chicken and burgers few years back and those worth trying too

Mexican food was very bad and they jus have fancy names...the decorative in food may seem delightful but the taste was soo bad they had curd in enchilada 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ instead of mayonnaise if you are not giving proper food please dont have them in yur menu because it disappoints and ruins the name of banana leaf....the custard was good but can be little much sweeter..

Two days back I visited to Banana Leaf, Kattur along with my Family Members after completing the Purattasi. I ordered Briyani and Fried Rice aroung 9 O Clock in the Evening. the Service Provider delivered the food around 9.45 with Chilled Briyani, and everything is very Worst. That Day itself I advised to my Friends better to Avoid Banana Leaf. especially Kattur, Very Worst Service. Pls. try to improve the quality and provide the better service Veera Kattur

I ordered chicken briyani and chicken chilly parota but only plain chilly parota is delivered. This is repeated second. Is there a procedure to return. A reputed restaurant like Banana Leaf should not have this kind of practice.
