We celebrated our daughter's birthday.Starters we're good except mushroom.Service by Kamal Das we're polite and excellent.The team of BBQ has suprised us by cake cutting.On seeing the photos after a month I am posting this review because it was a pleasant and good service .We enjoyed the starters and desserts. That B'day was an memorable day for us.

Our waiter, Sanam, gave wonderful service and took care of all our requests and whims. We were a group of 10 and he equally took care of all our requests. We wish him luck and would recommend putting up for a promotion.

This was my 5th visit, and unfortunately it was the worst experience so far. We visited for an official dinner with 6 people and were very disappointed with the service. Almost everything was delayed. Even the soup was served cold instead of hot. The buffet area was poorly managed—there were no plates available at times, and even soup bowls were not readily available. None of the food items were served hot except the biryani. We had to wait a very long time for BBQ refills, which affected the overall dining experience. Despite spending around ₹5,000, we were unable to enjoy the meal properly and left unsatisfied. To make matters worse, after finishing our meal, we ordered drinks. We waited for 20 minutes, but nothing arrived. We informed the staff again and waited another 10 minutes, yet the drinks were still not served. Finally, we cancelled the order, paid the bill, and left. Overall, the service was extremely poor, the food quality did not meet expectations, and the experience was not worth the money spent.
