A must stop restaurant when you are travelling from Madurai to Chennai through road. As someone who never visits the same restaurant again, this one was an exception. Whenever I travel this route I never miss this restaurant. In fact it feels incomplete without visiting this restaurant, when on a road trip. If you need a one line review, frankly, everything tastes best, it has great waiters, the orders are swiftly taken, and food is served fast. The interiors are well lit with good air conditioning. The exteriors have reasonable amount of space. The washrooms as mostly tidy and also has ample car parking space. So if you’re on a highway, it ticks off all the boxes. Coming to the food, we’ve almost tried every south Indian tiffin. Pooris and coffees are the best bet in addition to mini tiffin and dosas. If you’re on the road, just go for it.

One of the best veg restaurants in Trichy if not The Best. Food is very very good and so is the ambience. The service is also very standard and welcoming. Got big tables for family as well as tables for two. You might have to wait for a table on peak hours in Karur Bypass branch so the Thillai Nagar is equally good and is less crowded

The quantity and quality is so good. Delicious food .and very hygienic packing. I refer this restaurant to all. And add maane thene ponmaane etc .,

Ordered 6 sets of Parotta and 3 sets of Idiyappam  but got kurma and other side dish for 2 sets only. Never expect this from Sangeethas. Now not the first option of restaurant to order online.

It was 14th August evening when we visited Shri Sangeetha on the Chennai - Trichy Bye Pass  We have visited this place many a times in the past and we wanted to have coffee and some light snacks. We placed our orders and as always the order was very well handled and the service was also good.  We wanted the bill and the person incharge of the service gave us a bill for 358 Rs.  We paid 2000 and we were waiting for the change. We usually do not count the change, but since the originally tendered amount was big we wanted to verify. We were expecting to see 3 500 Rs. note and some change. On the contrary we found 2 500 Rs. note and some change.  I found a 100 Rs. missing and I immediately asked the bearer about the amount returned. This is when the drama started. The bearer who brought the change exchanged a glance with another bearer and he came un-summoned and he took responsibility for the mix up.  Actually there was no mixup and it was a simple case of a 100 Rs. missing. They immediately said they will have it corrected. We were not convinced and we wanted to check with the cashier as to what amount was tendered. So went up to the cash counter where we found the bearer with badge P15 who actually served us talking to the cashier. Cashier then said he was the one who mixed things up and that he calculated the amount to be returned as a result of counting two bills instead of one.  We called up the manager and submitted our utter dismay that out of sheer trust all these days we had accepted their service and change tendered and the ensuing drama was not in good taste to the reputation earned by Shri Sangeethas over the years with their patrons.  When the change was returned the bill was not provided to us for our records and we were convinced this was a case of not negligence but fraud that we happened to uncover on that eventful day. It was not a busy evening and the way the staff teamed up was evidently showing the lack of integrity and this was happening as a team effort.  It only brought a huge disappointment in the patronage we had shown to Shri Sangeethas.

i wish they had 0 star. They don’t respond to our phone calls no matter how many times you call them so it’s like they are behaving like they are the leading restaurant for veg in Trichy that’s not true there Are several restaurant which is more cheaper and more efficient than his. They actually pick up the call of the customers. Paying them for food but get treated like they are doing charity.

The serving behaviour is nonsense. Why can't the supervisors just handle feedback about food. And just keeping the remaining change in the bill for themselves? Meals tastes over salty just like the server's attitude. These reviews are enough to realise. I will never do this mistake of eating in Sangeethas again.
