Worst place Topi Vappa Biryani Restaurant, Tiruchy. Ordered non-veg biriyanis, fried rice, naan, chicken etc with family. Big worm was there in the biryani and accepted by the hotel staff as well. Was taken away before I could take a picture. Staffs did not even give a damn and wasn’t even bothered about this incident. Worst service. No hygiene whatsoever. Still paid for partially ordered food and cancelled the remaining order. Worst place ever!!!!!

Ordered Bucket Mutton Briyani in Zomato, but received Bucket Chicken Briyani. Calls not responded by the restaurant. Raised with Zomato Customer care, apologised and offered to refund. But Fooditem is ordered for having it, not for getting refund for the missing item. This is second time facing the same items missing or items different issue with this restaurant.
