I had heard a lot about this place and visited it twice earlier but had to leave because of the rush. I finally had their food and absolutely enjoyed it. Fresh and delicious. Their ambience is also pretty decent. The service can be slow due to the rush but that's natural. The food was worth each penny and is perfect for family outings. Their porotta was soft and beautifully layered and the chicken roast was flavourful and the chicken was tender.Their biriyani didn't disappoint either. I totally recommend their chicken roast with porotta or appams. Rating Food - 5/5 Value - 5/5 Service - 4/5

This hotel is dope 😊 me and my family went there we ordered meals and mutton biryani. The meals according to my family was normal but wait the biryani is one of the best . Come early in weekend coz sometimes you will have to wait. But the staff over there is very cooperative. I loved the food . Their many speciality is there mutton delicacies. I loved eating from there. They have many branches in Thiruvanathpuram.

It was a beautiful rainy Friday, and also our fifth month wedding anniversary. Since we are new to trivandrum we were in mood to explore new eateries. Zam Zam caught our attention. But unfortunately it being Friday they don't have restaurant running till 1.40 for the namaz. Since I am from chennai and a big biryani fan, started looking for other alternative, and then decided to head towards Azad. To be Frank the outer appearance of the building gave us a feel good factor. But they have issue with parking, had to park my bike little far away and got back. Upon entering they do have fine ambience and an unique beautifully designed menu card. After checking out the menu we decided to go wit one chicken biryani, one mutton biryani one chicken chukka and couple of barotta. The wait was very brief and we got our food pretty fast. That's pretty impressive. The biryani had a papad and a piece of pineapple on it. That was something new compared to biryani I have had in my place. The biryani was pretty decent but wasn't very impressive, they had plenty of chicken pieces in biryani that was quite too much for both if us. Since I don't like to waste my food I had to finish everything including my wife's plate. Chicken chukka was decent too. In summery, I feel its a decent place to eat with family, rather than a having a foodgasmic experience. Ambience 9/10 Food 7/10 Service 9/10

Good food very bad staff behavior.. not a single person was pleasant here. Very odd, as if they are giving the food for free

The food is extremely bad and stale. Had Paneer butter masala and kerala parotta, down with food poisoning. Just a brand for the namesake. Very bad food quality.
