We went to bbq expeacting the same experience as most of the other places but the smiles and service of Mr Bipin Kumar and Birapan Vishwas enlightened our day and experience….the occasion being my grandfathers birthday, we also got a birthday cake and song for our 74 year old birthday boy. It was an enjoyable time we spent there.

I had a great experience at Barbeque Nation at Lulu Mall trivandrum. The service provided by the staff is beyond amazing. They introduce us to all the dishes and ingredients that go into the making. Kundan Singh(manager) and team, Rohit(chef) and team made our dining experience one of a kind! Thankyou.

Had a great time at Barbeque Nation! The staff was very soft-spoken and attentive. They even surprised my friend with a complimentary birthday cake, which made the evening extra special.

Mr Nasir was our host, he did a great job of ensuring we were satisfied, whether it was when we needed a refill, or to avail a deal specific to the day, he was very helpful

I have been a regular customer of Barbeque Nation for a long time, frequently visiting their outlets in both Bangalore and Dubai. Because of those great experiences, I expected the same high standards at the Trivandrum branch. Unfortunately, it was an absolute disaster. The food was easily the worst I've ever had at any Barbeque Nation. From the starters all the way to the main course, absolutely nothing tasted good. The quality and flavor were completely missing. I brought my entire family here for a meal, and I genuinely felt ashamed and embarrassed that I chose this place. The only saving grace was the service. Our waiter, Sagar, was actually very good. He noticed our disappointment and kindly tried to get some alterations made to the food for us. While I appreciated his effort, I didn't want to be that chunky customer who complains about every single thing and constantly asks for food to be remade. A restaurant cannot survive on good service alone when the food is this poor. If you are used to the quality of Barbeque Nation in cities like Bangalore or Dubai, avoid the Trivandrum outlet. It doesn't even come close. Highly disappointed.
