Ordered late night to see how the service is in India. Was quite impressive. Special shout-out to Gokul and Akshay for delivery promptly in the middle of the night

Good service... Staffs are also friendly... They are keeping up with the quality of other Domino's outlets across the city.. The pizzas are good as always..

Months back, I have ordered a pizza. Not only that they failed for their so-called 30 mins delivery but also delivered a garlic breadstick instead of the pizza. When I asked the delivery boy about this, he went back to the restaurant and brought me the pizza which already lost it's freshness. Since the pizza was not up to the mark,I have contacted the Zomato customer care for a solution. They asked me contact Domino's directly. Then I contacted Domino's for the same and requested for a refund and they accepted. But they failed to keep their promise. So again I contacted them. They said that restaurant manager will contact me. After some time,one lady who introduced herself as restaurant manager apologized and said they can't initiate a refund and asked me that to call her so that she can deliver a free pizza whenever I want. I am not sure about this assurance and think of a situation if i am ordering any of their product without bringing the restaurant officially or without a official bill in such cases. I hope people can understand what's the danger in such dealings. However from that moment,I never had a pizza from Domino's.

Poor service, food delayed by 25 mins than the estimate provided on zomato. When I called the store, they were rather rude claiming it's normal when there are lot of orders. When I stood my ground, the person said I'll be given a Rs. 300 credit in wallet since it was a paid order and guess what? Nothing happened and it's been 48 hrs. Pizza was average!

Dear Domino, please do not take order confirmation if you cannot deliver on time. Make cancellations immediately if you cannot cater and also to domino and zomato , do credit the money back immediately. 7 days is too much a time. Will u agree if we pay you after 7 days. Such a shame.
