I usually visit this place when I go to style plus keston road. Its better than other restaurants in Trivandrum. We ordered paneer tikka ,butter kulcha, chapati, malabari parantha. All was served in time and hot.Paneer was tasty but it was bit sweet. As I requested them to bring food faster as my daughter was hungry they did that too. Then we also ordered chicken biryani. It was good made in kaima rice.Haven't tasted rest of the dishes but I assure they will be far more better than any non veg restaurant in trivendrum .

Went here for dinner on a Friday night. Place was crowded. Service is good. Beef roast and fish curry were good. Thai beef salad was bad. Crabmeat soup was just cornflour and ketchup with crab pieces. Fried ice cream was the worst item in their menu I guess. The coating was hard. I think its better to stick to kerala dishes here

Tried this place for dinner tonight. The food and service was pathetic, the ambience good though . They need to maintain the quality of service even during rush hours or they would be seeing the customers fading away very soon ! Their air conditioning also doesn’t work well

We ordered Malai Kofta and Hyderabad Biriyani. No complaints on the Biriyani . The Malai Kofta was too garlicky and was floating in oil.

The visit to Imperial Kitchen was incredibly frustrating and highly disappointing. We were greatly let down by a multitude of factors, including the availability of menus on time, the extensive wait for someone to take our order, and the even longer wait for the arrival of our food, which took nearly an hour after placing our order. When we inquired about the delay, we were met with an ambiguous response, citing a technical issue with the 'kot', leaving us thoroughly confused and deeply dissatisfied. I feel the person who took the order was not fit for his job as he should have checked on our table instead he didn’t bother to come to our side . Also, when we requested to order dessert, we were informed that it would take more time to get dessert. During our dine in the person who took our order wasn’t been seen near us and the poor waiters helped us as messengers. Despite the food being decent, the vastly unacceptable service transformed our dining experience into an uncomfortable endeavor. Finally , when we asked them to bring the card payment machine for bill payment that was another wait, literally then I had to go to the restaurant manager Mr.Ajith for the bill payment. All customers has to be treated with service and respect. I feel compelled to write this, so that future patrons may be spared from undergoing such an ordeal.

An year back, the visit to this place gave such a good impression that this time, I took the whole family to have some good time with good food. Totally wrong decision it was. From repeatedly asking someone to come serve the table to the unpalatable food. Disappointed to the core with every single dish we ordered. And paying 3k+ for something so unsavory. Expressed our feedback then and there itself which gave us couple of hundred discount on the bill. I am putting this experience here not to demean the restaurant but for them to better pick up and rectify the problems ... For sure, this place was so gud an year back. Hope you work on the quality of food for the price u charge. Minimum - don't fry Fried Icecream in old oil.

I came here after a gap of 2 yrs. And it was an instant 1 star experience. Biggest disappointment was portion size. We ordered Dragon Chicken, Kashmiri something Chicken and Egg fried rice. Dragon chicken came exactly half as it was the last time I had. Half the plate was visibly empty. The Kashmiri dish was served in a laughably small pot. And egg fried rice came with bare traces of egg. (actually they tried to avoid that much egg too, cos first it came without any egg at all). Dear management, you might have saved on a egg or two, but you have lost a very good customer in me. We pay the price you ask, at least live upto minimum expectations.

I ordered imperial kitchen’s special biryani. There were tiny pieces of chicken scattered here and there. There was no complete pieces. It costs around 290 rs and this is what is served. Highly disappointed.
