Overhyped place, not worth the money they are charging. Food has deteriorated over the period.

We went to the new KH opposite to Lulu. The place from outside was good . It was thickly packed when we reached there for lunch . Wanted to try some fish and prawns . Waited to get a table and it was all messy . There was only 1 cleaning person for the entire restaurant and he had zero professionalism or cleanliness . The table was still dirty even after he cleaned it . May be these guys could add more staff with experience or professionalism . Another thing is that, it's self service only that adds to the chaos. Place is usually crowded for lunch on weekends. I would never prefer this hotel again.

verum azhukka food.. sadhya ennum paranju mudi ulla chore.. curry ore tastum illa. vrithi illa. pappadam pazham illa, aadyame ore load chore kond തട്ടും. vellam kudikn kittillla.. very boar service... ore sadhyakk 250 rs.. innla 1250 rs chumma kalanj.. kopppila kh.. aaarum pokallu sadhya kazhikan angot🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. very bad bad bad experience🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

My family had a very bad experience. We ordered food over the phone and they told they will deliver in an hour and we were waiting for the dinner for 2 hours but they didnt. when asked they told that our tone on the phone was bad so cant deliver food now and the attender used abusive words and cut the phone and we were startled to hear that. So plz try another hotel having better attitude.

As like general citizen I went for dinner at kerala Hotel; but everthing was disappointing the service ,food and behvaiour.. and they just serve like street food and takes tax and extra charges for the food and also the food was served not properly cooked and washed

food and service are very pathetic. no quality .. fish are old one.. my stomach is complaint
