This is not dining but home delivery. I ordered fried chicken and French fries today. It was the worst. I received soggy fries. I ordered for large fries but I received small one. The chicken was not tasty also. I am very disappoint with their service. Never expected this from kfc. Overall it costed me 880 rs. Waste of money and time. Please don't buy anything from this outlet. It is the worst. I didn't check the reviews before ordering. Please stay away from this outlet.

I have odered a dip with a chizza and burger but they missed it and no customer support to inform them very bad, I had done a take away, first I think it was a small mistake but by seeing all other reviews I think they're gaining money with this my loss was short what about others,

order given but pack was opened nobody picking phone. how can we trust food from kfc. doubtful about drunken person delivered and he eaten food. really shocking and disappointing, zomato is the partner. when we call that delivery boy he didn't pick the phone

worst experience with the service.😡 I ordered chicken stripes and delivered someone else order.. I called the delivery person and he din helped. and tried to contact KFC kesavadasapuram, and they din picked up my call..

I came here for dine in half an hour ago and the order is not yet delivered. Nobody is eating bere right now, all of them are waiting. The place isn’t that busy or anything, but the service has become the worst.

I was ordered bucket with 5 leg pieces received within 25 minutes the order arrived. The leg pieces àre not fully cooked and feel it was old. I think it was fried again. Fully waste of money 😭😰

Severely Undercooked ! Please correct it ! Chicken is Half Cooked and the Dough is Severely Undercooked. Please keep the Standards of KFC
