Yesterday, I visited the restaurant with my friends and ordered a Full Afghani Rice and Masala Shawayya. The chicken was served with burnt skin, so we requested a replacement from the waiter. However, the response we received was that they serve the chicken in the same burnt way to all customers. We then informed the in-charge manager, but the replacement chicken was also served in the same burnt condition. I have been a regular customer of Malabar Qissa, but I feel the place is becoming increasingly overcrowded and unfortunately, the quality of food being served seems to be compromised. ❌Kindly avoid consuming or serving burnt meat and poultry dishes, as the contain carcinogens that can increase the risk of cancer and other serious health conditions.
