This order went wrong ...it was placed under the offer 40 + 30 percent discount on predicting the winner. However it was changed midway unaware to the customer and I was forced to pay the full amount subject to correction and refund from Zomato. The New York Cafe and Zomato was not available on the phone and the valet in a hurry was not helpful either. Reputation of both the service provider and the restaurant are at stake. Though the financial aspect may seem inconsequential it is certainly an error not to be pressed on the customer.

I ordered french fries 2 times, what I got was undercooked boiled potato slices with lot of unnecessary pepper with no salt, the burger patty seemed old, no taste at all and the boost shake tasted yuck, not at all mixed, I had to mix it again. Nobody order from this pathetic restaurant

i dont why they named two buns with a cutlet "burger"..!!! worst experience.i ordered for limesoda and i got just a lime with no sugar!! better guys please dont get cheated

One of the worst hotel in Trivandrum city. Food is also not good. Very bad experience. I will not order in future and packing portiom size taste is very very poor

It's a wrost place... Fried chicken is not good... The chicken is not Fresh... And it had a bad smell toooo....
