The place did not have AC or fan . Literally felt like eating in a furnace. They said that AC is down today , there were other places but were not allowed to sit there. Food might be tasty but since was sitting in a furnace , did not realize. plus cost is very high to sit ans eat in a furnace.

Such a pathetic situation. I went with my family and the 1st instant itself there is a whole stinky smell in Pankaym hotel. We have ordered food and it was taking more time and so hot inside the hotel. The AC is limited and we felt suffocating condition due to less ventilation. The staff is so rude and didn't even accept our concerns. The authority should look into the hotel and premises and get this into live.

The food is good. But they don’t remove the dirt of the prawns from the back side. And they don’t inform it’s not removed. It was our first time so we assumed they remove. At the end we found out and asked them, they said they don’t remove of any and we weren’t assumed shocked!!! I am sorry but this isnt acceptable. We all had stomach pain the next day.

"Extremely dissatisfied with the quality and pricing. A small chapati cost ₹20+GST, while the fish curry was overpriced at ₹140+GST with barely any fish. The food quality was subpar, chairs and tables were poorly maintained, and the smell was suffocating. Overall, a horrible experience. Not recommended."

Very bad food quality. the food they serve is undercooked and unpalatable. They have very bad staff and service is very poor. the chef and kitchen staff are also not from Kerala and they do not know how to cook malayali food. they pay customers for fake reviews and all positive reviews are fraudulent.

Was very disappointed. The cleanliness of the place is questionable. The food was very cold. Service was pathetic. The servers looked disinterested. please do the needful. The AC was not working properly and it was quite warm inside

Very very Bad Quality Food and Service very very bad Staff they don't know what to tell customer to have.... Ambiance very very Bad...... Very very Expensive not Worth at all....

Rates a sooo high now...! Not worth it to buy at this rate. Provide reasonable rates for your dishes otherwise you're gonna lose your customers.

ordered fish fry and Kottayam meen curry through zomato. instead of fish fry they sent some fish masala which was horrible.

Pepper chicken Rate is too higher than earlier, at being it almost 150 but now it too high and ghee rice too.
