we Ordered Non-veg meals in this Mess... They mentioned items are Chicken curry, Chicken 65fry,Egg, sambar, Rasam , Kootu,Poriyal, Appalam. But we received chicken 65 2 pieces,1 egg,least quantity chicken curry,least quantity sambar... we paid 250rs.... It's a big cheat... Next time how we trust this Mess or Zomato... The Zomato person blames that Saranya mess ... Saranya mess blames Zomato person... What we do??? We only lose our money... Worst!!!!!!! Please notice this problem Zomato..... This is the first time this happened to me....

the quantity of the food delivered through Zomato was pathetic. not even a single proper chicken piece was there in the chicken biriyani delivered. the restaurant is not responding to calls. the way they cheat customer is interesting and can give example to other restaurants associated with Zomato.

Friend ordered a chicken 65 biriyani and got a normal one, did not get refund when asked, did not get original order when asked, also got a hair from the food that was delivered
