I always prefer this branch of zam zam for dining option..especially for family...its my choice for best food in trivandrum for the last 11 years....taste is also best according to other restaurants...their service is also outstanding...

Awesome food what I was searching for and staff were also good due to lots of crowd in restaurant it was well managed but the restaurent team heads off keep up the good work guys

Biryani - rice is good but the chicken piece is stiff and dry Service is good because only 1 order Hygiene part is ok ok

We ordered zam zam food through Zomato and half of the order were missing. It spoiled our entire lunch. We called the restaurant but they were not able to help and I had to call Zomato to get refund which they promptly did.

We know you are established as you desired.Is this how you treating your loyal customers? Just one month before a portion of half chicken Biriyani was around 120 now it become 190+ and quantity is same ,how ridiculous you are.have you ever think how a normal people can afford this? A normal price hike is tolerable but this is scam, you had better to start a blade company and you will flourish just within a day I’m sure, How greedy you are on cash Let 4 th wave of corona will swipe all our tears 😤

Worst quality rice used for biriyani,if u can even call that as chicken biriyani.Bland n stale food.Really disgusting.Please dont even feed your pets with it. Cant believe its actually a zam zam branch,having eaten from kulathoor n palayam before.🙏🙏Never again from this outlet

The worst experience in a crowded restaurant where people will even step on your feet while eating. BAD FOOD, SMOKEY CHUCKEN. RICE IS NOT ENOUGH. Veggies and pickle are not fresh. Glasses not Washed I guess , hygiene is below average.

Very bad experience, we booked a shawarma on zam zan but they trying to show a fake add , so wr booked on an unreal add we lost our 100 ruppes for nothing , we didnt get the food or full money

Its a blockbuster flop.. Portion size😡🤬 The portion size is for a 5 year old. The shawaya chicken was not good.
