The coffee, it never fails! Believe me you’re listening from an espresso purist here. Tried almost all the coffees! Long blacks & espresso hail way farther, for someone who loves the taste of coffee & drink coffee for coffee not some dessert! Must visit 10on10 place! Also they serve decafs!

Too good of a sunday morning hangout for many weeks now! Been here with friends, family and what not! Still haven’t tried anything on their food menu though, but the coffee, never heard a bad review. Perhaps indeed, a really good coffee place!

Indoor seating filled by lots of '2 people occupying a 6 person table'. Outdoor seating is full of pollen. I've never seen so much pollen in my life ever. It was in the food, in our hair, on our clothes, everywhere. Its a nightmare for someone with a pollen allergy. Service is pretty lax too.

Pathetic Service -asked for water 04 times, Vietnamese coffee was roasted to a point it became burnt rather than dark roasted. Focassia sandwich was bland. Housefly flying around table and then on glass and serving plate. Never coming back or recommending to anyone.

This place has horrible service and are heavily understaffed. I spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, reminded the waiter thrice about this. But they still didn’t take my order and I had to leave.
