We went here for dinner and tried their Rajasthani thali. The variety was good, and taste was also nice. Quantity is enough for 2 persons and they even provide 2 sabzis and 2 breads additional. The service from staff was extremely friendly and they accommodated our requests promptly. Big thanks to Shushant, he made our dinner memorable. All other staff were also very alert, prompt and helpful. A must visit if in Udaipur.

We had a great dinner experience at The Aravalis restaurant. The scenic view of hills and lake with amazing service from Trident staff members, it was an unforgettable evening.I would really like to appreciate BHIM for helping us in getting the right dish for our toddler and for impeccable service. Not to forget, whatever we ordered was amazing !!

Yesterday, we had a wonderful time at Aravalli.Ritish was very attentive and he made our experience unforgettable.We ordered the veg thaali.The food was so good & balanced in taste.Mani,Lokendra and Rohit also helped us in making our experience memorable.

This 5-star restaurant offers both à la carte and buffet options, with free dishes thrown in for à la carte orders. However, the buffet system is more economical, despite being pricier than other hotels. The food had its highlights - the aalo tikki and rasmalai were delicious, but the main course was disappointingly bland. Service was slow, yet courteous and polite. Given the high prices, expectations are high, and while some dishes shone, others fell short. Worth trying for the specific dishes that stood out, but overall experience was mixed.

This was an absolutely horrible experience that left us feeling completely stranded. We had a confirmed dining reservation booked directly through Zomato, but upon arriving at the restaurant, we were shockingly turned away at the door. Their excuse? A private wedding was taking place. What followed was a masterclass in evading responsibility. Instead of offering a solution or a genuine apology, both the restaurant management and Zomato completely washed their hands of the situation. They were content to simply pass the buck while we were left waiting for over an hour, wasting our evening trying to sort out their massive communication failure. To be treated with such blatant disregard after trusting a confirmed booking is totally unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. The sheer lack of accountability from both parties was a complete betrayal of trust. I strongly advise booking elsewhere if you value your time and peace of mind.

Very unhygienic food. We found stones in Kair Saangri vegetable. On raising objection they showed unprofessionalism and carelessly told that they purchase it from vendor. OMG such a irresponsible reply. Means they are not responsible if they purchase it from vendor. which things they don't purchase from vendor. Big name and absurd sevice. They took more then half an hour to supply. Very unprofessional. they even forget things after oder. it's bad then a road side dhaba. avoid it on any cost
