The food's not upto the mark, and when I'm saying this, it does not mean the quantity or anything, but in this price range atleast provide food that tastes good? it was straight bland, just salt. The drinks were even worse! It was as if we were drinking sugar water nothing else. Kindly improve your food quality!

The service is pathetic the staff has no clue despite 70 percent empty Online ordering does not have items and staff does not know how to delete. The food came after time and quality was not good. Totally avoidable. Ambience is fine. But the real thing good food and service totally missing.

Writing I had a very disappointing experience at Baro Masi in Udaipur. The service was extremely poor and completely ruined our visit. Firstly, the seating arrangement was uncomfortable with high chairs, and no staff member bothered to assist us in settling down. We had to manage everything on our own. There was no physical menu available—only an online ordering system—but no one informed or guided us about it. We were left confused until we figured it out ourselves. To make things worse, even basic service was missing. No one came to serve water at our table. After placing our order online, the food and drinks arrived, but no one served us plates—we had to pick them ourselves from the side of the table. This level of negligence is unacceptable. While we were still eating and hadn’t even ordered the main course yet, a waiter abruptly came and told us it was closing time and asked us to pay the bill. This was extremely unprofessional. If the restaurant was nearing closing time, the staff should have informed us in advance. When we pointed this out, they casually said we could still order—but the way it was handled was rude and inconsiderate. Overall, the service was pathetic, unorganized, and lacked even the most basic hospitality standards. Definitely not recommended if you expect a decent dining experience.

Koi bhi jay to aap pehle inse puche ki aap onln booking lete hai ya naii …. Staff to bhot gatiya hai yaha ka itna gatiya haii kii holne tak ki tamiz nahi hai …. Bill aay to ek bar aap chek kar le ki bill me kuch extra to add nahi haii …. Bhot kherab tha mera birthday in logo ne bigad diyaaa
