Just had dinner at this amazing rooftop spot! 🌃 The Palace views were absolutely breathtaking, especially as the sun went down. The ambiance was super chill, perfect for a date night or just a fun evening with friends. Specially Mr.Umesh was amazing, Very Polite and Understanding.

One of the best rooftop restaurants with a beautiful lake view. The food quality is also best here. Will visit once again.

The service is very poor we are not coming back because we are regular guests but I feel today is a very bad experience. The staff behaviour was rude .

The plates were dirty and not clean, staff was rude, taste of food was average and menu is overpriced. Ambience is good and the view is great

Pathetic service with unruly staff. The staff here are untrained and lack basic communication skills. It took over 15 minutes for the waiter to get the menu inspite of the restaurant being half empty. The place isn’t as aesthetic as shown in instagram. Once you enter it gives you a shady vibe of a 2 star restaurant. No grievances management. In case of any grievances the customer would be put to fault and the staff would always be correct! Given the other great lake side restaurant options nearby one shouldn’t even consider this restaurant because they’ll make sure to ruin the experience.

what on earth is wrong with this place, sat ideally for long post calling staff for multiple times, finally water came but guess what no glasses, ordered food guess what no crockery and cutlery and the audacity of staff was to ask about food and service for review, whole expression changed when I told them that I am going to pay through zomato
