Loved the food at Frangipani by the lake. The service was the best I have experienced. The prices were so much lower than stand alone restaurants in the city that we visited over a period of 3 days. Super setting!! Right on the lake.

Good place for a get together . Quick bites available in the menu. Also the condiments are pretty good . Ambience will give you a touch of traditional rajasthani culture .

The ambience, as well as the food are truly amazing. The lake view in the evening is just breathtaking, and the snacks are really delicious too.

It is under the possession of Hotel Lakend. The title of this place is unique. For those who don't know "Frangipani" is a tropical flower. This bar is a snug place with a chic feel. You can rejoice either from the inside or the outside open lounge area under the sky. The outside arrangement with the lake view is casual yet beautiful​. I am not into cocktails but I tried few of their mocktails and food items - 1. Cheesy Sauce Pizza (3/5) - A taste not suitable for ordinary taste buds as it's not the crispy one. Super Thin Crust base with a layer of cheesy sauce and topped with basil and black olives and no spices. 2. Crispy Corn (3/5) - Too much salty and quality ought to be improved. 3. Dahi ke kabab (1/5) - The curd used in them was utterly sour so I was unable to even eat 1 single kebab. However the same was conveyed to them & they replaced it with spring rolls. The spring rolls were nice (4/5). 4. Kiwi Mocktail (5/5) - A perfect mix of kiwy & oranges. Sweet tangy flavor with a slight mint in it plus served in a cute glass jar. 5. Fruit Punch Mocktail (4/5) - A mix of vanilla and fruity flavors so it's a little creamy and not too sweet. In an outline, this place has very few beverages and drinks for non-alcoholic people. You can have that in-the-bar or outside as both types of arrangements are made here along with cheerful view of the fateh sagar lake. So sip with the breeze and enjoy your moments. Awesome view, food was good. But view in the evening is amazing..........no words. On the banks of fatehsagar lake. Over all great. Staff is too courteous.

Well the only good part was the view of the lake. Food was not upto the mark. We tried there achari paneer tikka, dumplings, falafel sandwich and pasta. Dumplings were good but the other three items were a total let down. Service was ok. Not worth the prize they charge.

I had worst experience yesterday.When I called they said they take the Non Residents for Dinner but when we reached they refused at first and thn asked us to have something from the Buffet.It was so embarrassing and frustrating .Only USP they have is their location .Anyways I will not visit this place again but still wish them good luck and expect little sense of professionalism and ownership from the senior staff.Would love to mention that their Guard had better sense of Responsibility ( I asked him for Valet parking so he humbly requested me to park in the parking slot but he came along and navigated ) than their senior staff available at 2000 hrs .Feeling bad for the owners.

In one word. Depressing place with a great view. Service is pathetic. Place is quite sad. Family place with kids running around so expecting to chill is not possible. Would definitely avoid this place if you are going as a couple.
