Their whole staff is new. The food is great, but the service has become very slow and tardy because the staff doesn't know the menu, the way to treat customers, and doesn't know how to handle weekend crowd. Our waiter even missed one of our 4 soup orders. When we enquired she Said oh you only ordered 3, whole we clearly remembered telling her 4 soup names. And she said 4 by 8. 2 of us ended up not having soup at all.

Pathetic food and service by the team at Jaipur Jungle. Staff doesn’t take instructions properly. Ordered for Tomato soup which served cold. Pav bhaji served was tasteless. Ordered for sizzler where we told him to replace noodles with rice but it was not considered. Overall the experience so far is pathetic. Won’t recommend anyone

Service was very bad . Staff was not at all attentive . Would not recommend if you are not choosing their buffet menu because they only serve their buffet customers . If you are going through district they will not even take your order properly . I would never recommend to anybody

Service needs to be improved a lot. One of the slowest and cold service. No finger bowls. No cutlery stand. Repeated follow ups on basics.
