Dining at loft was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor—I highly recommend the parmesan chicken tikka and signature cocktails are amazing The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. Nothing is good except for food. The portion size is miserable, service too late, food served cold and ambience is dead. Also, menu is pretty small for diners, may be workable for alcohol consumption.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Our order was served incomplete, and instead of resolving the issue politely, the staff behaved rudely and asked us to order something else. The replacement food took nearly 35 minutes to arrive, which was unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was that a staff member asked if we had finished our meal while we were still waiting for the rest of our order. The lack of coordination and basic courtesy was surprising. For the amount we paid, we expected quality service and a pleasant dining experience, but it felt like we paid a premium for poor hospitality. Definitely not the standard we were hoping for.
