Great views, solid food, and a relaxed rooftop vibe away from the city rush. Visited Parbat Rooftop Bistro & Lounge (at The Montail, near Shilpgram) for an evening dinner. The location is quiet and scenic, offering great views of the surrounding hills, especially right around sunset. The rooftop layout and ambient lighting make the setting feel upscale without being overly formal. Food: Starters: Crispy, well-seasoned, and served piping hot. Mains: Ordered standard North Indian fare (paneer gravy and dal makhani with garlic naan). The gravies were rich, well-balanced in spices, and not excessively oily. Portion sizes were reasonable for the price. Service & Vibe: The staff was courteous, polite, and attentive. Food took around 20–25 minutes to arrive, which is standard during dinner hours. Quick Takeaway: A worthwhile option if you want to skip the overcrowded Old City lakefront cafes and enjoy good North Indian/continental food with a calm Aravali backdrop.

Food was average, service was poor. They were understaffed and not prepared enough to handle customers. The staff did not have good knowledge about their own menu and items in it.
