Scorching heat and AC's don't work. Very disappointing experience regarding this particular issue, otherwise food same as regular so overall a good one with the pizza's.

Water was given in small cup... That was not cold. Waiter were not paying attention to serve customer. They brought pizza before appetizer. Servicewise very bad

I ordered pizza from delivery service. I paid extra for cheese for a veg pizza. there was no extra cheese. cheese was in crust and that too very less. veg toppings were very less. bad experience. never expected such a bad preparation of pizza from this pizza hut outlet. it felt like eating base with some cheese and some toppings. felt cheated and disappointed. pizza hut should immediately take action on such outlets , which are giving poor service to customers, as these franchise outlets are giving bad name to this popular pizza chain .

i was order 2 combo veg corn pizza but i was received wrong items 2 capcicum pizaa so this is not fair because i'm waiting 40-50 min and exciting for my order but i was received wrong items and i'm disappointed with pizza hut because my totally money waste and waste of my totally time

Very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. The food served was not fresh at all. The chicken didn’t seem properly cooked, the taste was poor, and the presentation was very bad. The quantity was too less compared to the price, so definitely not value
