I visited Sangria tonight after booking a table through District by Zomato. The restaurant’s ambience was definitely impressive and created a nice overall vibe. However, my dining experience was affected by the service. Our serving staff member, Mr. Abrar, seemed uninterested and not attentive throughout the service. One particular incident that was disappointing — I ordered a pizza for my nephew and requested ketchup along with it. Even after reminding him 3–4 times, the ketchup was served only after we had already finished the pizza, which was frustrating. As for the food, it was average—not bad, but nothing memorable either. A good ambience alone doesn’t complete the dining experience; service matters just as much. I hope the management works on improving staff attentiveness and customer service.

Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We had to wait for more than an hour just to receive our food, which is completely unacceptable, especially during dinner service. The restaurant appeared to be severely understaffed and poorly managed, as the staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the crowd properly. What made the experience even worse was the lack of basic service. The food was not served properly at the table, and we were not even provided with plates in a timely manner. We had to repeatedly ask the staff for assistance, but there was little attention given to customers. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unorganized. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not make up for the poor service and long delays. A dining experience should be enjoyable and comfortable, but this visit was frustrating and disappointing throughout. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dinner outing.

I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. While the ambience and aesthetics of the place are appealing, it feels like most of the effort has gone into appearances rather than the quality of food. The sushi was dry and lacked freshness, making it difficult to enjoy. The chilli paneer was equally underwhelming the paneer had a rubbery texture, as if it had been overcooked or was not fresh to begin with. The mocktails were another letdown; they tasted more like diluted packaged fruit juices rather than freshly prepared drinks. As for the pizza, it lacked both a proper crust and any sense of freshness, which made it far from satisfying. Overall, the food quality did not match the expectations set by the restaurant’s presentation. I hope the management shifts some focus toward improving the taste and quality of their dishes, as the current experience does not justify a revisit.
