The food preparation was quite slow and the portion size was a bit less than expected, but the taste was excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful, which made the experience pleasant overall.

The don't have any standardisation here one day they make good food and very next day it's very bad , and very importantly they need to hire good staff and chef

The staff seemed to lack professionalism, have to make repetitive requests such as- asking for water before even taking orders, asking for glasses for all of the members on the table. The restaurant wasn't even over crowded still they just wanted to get over with the orders- stating the kitchen will close. Whereas they entertained other guests even after an hour of our time at the restaurant. There was a lack of basic humble conduct from Mr. Vatsalya, he was persistent to get his answers rather than focusing on providing service. The Manager didn't seem to care for the feedback provided and was not ready to check the billing error, had to actually show the menu by myself and make him do required changes.

Terrible Experience, Would Not Recommend Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was rude, arrogant, and completely inattentive throughout. Despite waiting endlessly, there was no sense of service or courtesy. They seemed to favor certain customers while others were left ignored. On top of that, there were unjustified billing errors, and when pointed out, the staff handled it unprofessionally. The ambience was dull and chaotic, adding to the frustration. Overall, poor management, bad service, and zero hospitality — definitely not worth your time or money. Avoid if you value basic respect and decent service.

I have been to seasons multiple times through table booking but this time when I called n asked about if the offer is also applicable on drink!! It was just a question where I got the answer ‘ likha hai kya kahi’ just a back answer a big no to the staff service. And he argued for almost 5 mins like main yha itne saal ze kaam kra hu mujhe nhi pata n many more back answer on just a basic question if the drinks are included in the offer or not which can simply answered saying yes or no

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was terrible — staff showed clear favoritism, were completely inattentive, and didn’t seem to care at all. No sense of customer centricity or empathy. Especially Mr. VATSALYA To make it worse, the final bill had prices higher than what was mentioned on the menu. The place is honestly overrated and overhyped, definitely not worth the time or money. Wouldn’t recommend — there are far better options around.

the staff was not proper. served paneer tikka not fresh cooked before, spices not proper
