To celebrate my niece first bday, we visited the bar at Leela It is not listed on zomato hence sharing review May 2025, we recently went and had an amazing experience. We booked through Trident hotel reception team as we were staying there. They arranged a drop at Leela hotel. The bartender made amazing cocktails- we mostly had gin based. Aperol was really good Even tea & cookies were nice (chocolate cookies a must try) A great hotel which is kid friendly- they prepared upma, khichdi on request Pizzas are also a musttt try here!! Loved french fries also which were crispy Paneer chilli was good in taste too.

One of the best place for romantic and up-class dinner. Chef Nishad, Nikhil, sahil, govind and sangeeta were very helpful, polite, prompt and displayed best in class professionalism. Really appreciate the food, ambience, hospitality and service.

Really shady, suspicious behavior by the staff of a “premier” hotel chain. I called on 10th March to book a table for the coming weekend and I was told that I cannot get a table on the weekend because there’s a wedding happening and when I asked if I can get a table after the wedding, I was told that “they need to check” and my call was transferred to the table reservation team where a different staff member told me that I cannot get a table because of the same wedding. When I said (again) that I want a table after the wedding, I was told “Oh! After the wedding?” and that “they need to check” and then they said that the wedding is going on till the 24th. I asked to be transferred back to the first staff member and told her that this is really suspicious behavior and that if they don’t want to book tables from outside guests, they should say so. I was transferred back and lo and behold, suddenly two tables were available on the 25th. Joke’s on them because I’ll be going elsewhere.

I would like to confirm that the reviews listed here are completely genuine. My husband called to book a table for 2 for October 2 and they said they are available after 2 mostly 3 -5 Oct. And I called to confirm a booking for 4 or 5 October to which they replied that they would be available on any date after 5 Oct. I am pretty sure if I agreed to any of these dates they would have cancelled last minute. I mean if it's not your policy to allow outside bookings you should state it upfront instead of ridiculing people. This hits a nerve. Will probably escalate it.

After roaming for about 20 mins for its main entrance, we were greeted with an unnamed gate, which was indeed Leela Palace's entry, as the security guard informed. The Restaurant has put itself up here on this platform as open to walk -ins however, after the security guard put a call to the restaurant, they mentioned that it's open only for guests staying with them. This is contrary to what's mentioned on mainstream platform like Zomato. Had planned for a special evening with my mother on our last night's dinner at Udaipur. Extremely disappointed.

Pathetic service provided by the Leela staff. Too much hassle is required from the customers end to book a slot here. The staff is not well versed with the hotel rules and guidelines and tell that they cannot take a booking since we are either calling too early or too late (there is never a correct time to call it seems). They only prefer in house guests and do not take bookings through phones (so don’t even try).

Really pathetic behaviour of staff. I called them almost a month back for bookings. Then they said to call before a week. Called them yesterday, 10 days before and guess what they are booked till 28 January. If you do not want to provide outside booking simply do not open it why this stupidity. Utterly disappointed.

Don’t ever rely on the phone bookings. They have a pathetic service wherein your booking will be cancelled over call just 2 hours before. Imagine you have planned for a special occasion and these guys just call and say the booking is cancelled without assigning any reason. Ridiculous

Managing staff desk ia very poor,sayi g whatever its showing we are nlt gling to take any reservation online... if less than 1 rating will bw availble will have provided that also

there is something fishy about outside booking. they have a bahana, story ready for something or other. pro rude behavior.
