Good and quick chai point to hang out with friends. 1. Food: 4/5 Good food, good beverages. They offer sandwich with brown bread which is not so common in Udaipur. 2. Service/staff: 4/5 Staff is nice and courteous. Quick service. 3. Ambience: 4/5 It's themed cafe. Walls are all having the design, wallpapers of tea related pics and messages. Visited in September 2022

I had ordered tea at home from this place and i really liked it. So i thought of visiting the place. Next day i visited the place liked the ambience and food was great, but the place is understaffed and very slow service. They dint even turn on fans or AC while i have been sitting for 15 mins..the guy looked at me as if i was taking money out of his pocket. That spoilt my mood

Extremely poor and delayed service. Waited for 45 min to get a sandwitch and Paratha order while restaurant is totally empty at 10:30 AM. Paratha was bad and reheated one which makes it too tough to eat. Tea has extra sugar so please make sure to mention low or no sugar default is high sugar. Dont order Paratha and go only if you have all the time in world as service will take ages.

wrong item send by the tea post, veg puff was ordered bet send other item, not useful,check and ensure and refund amount
