Best place for a dinner date.. superb hospitality and service by ganpat ji and sangita ji...the food was very lazeez and in budget.

really very good taste and services. Staff stayed late till 12 at night until we finished our food. The only thing i did not like is double charges of water bottles.

We were attended Ganpat Singh and he was prompt with the service. However, we felt the ambience was too dark and there were flies dead on the plate. the food was good but not too amazing. overall we felt like the place is overly priced and it can be improved. customer service was nice

This was my second visit to Big Pot. The first time, I had come with my friends, and the food quality was quite good. As a local, it’s not easy to convince parents to dine out, but I managed to persuade them this time. The first thing I noticed was the uneven lighting — one part of the restaurant was very dim while the other side was comparatively brighter. Since it’s an open space, I understand that extremely bright lighting might attract mosquitoes, but the dimness felt excessive and uncomfortable. Additionally, while coolers were provided to some customers, we were only given basic table fans, which felt a bit unfair. Our order, including both starters and main courses, took about 25 to 30 minutes to be served. Unfortunately, the quality of the chapatis was extremely poor — even simple dhabas serve better ones. My parents did not enjoy the food and remarked that Bawarchi offered a better dining experience. This left me feeling disappointed — both in myself for suggesting the place and in the restaurant, especially considering the premium prices they charge.

I went there with my family, the view and the ambience was very nice. The candles, the minimal lightings, and ofcourse the view of city palace and lake pichola. But the food was below average, not upto the pricing. But if you want good photos and nice ambience do visit them at weekends, they had nice live singer too. I hope they improve food and Zomato should stop rating them so high atleast for food.

We went for lunch here. We ordered chinese shanghai rolls and white sauce Ravioli. Ravioli was okay, they served chinese rolls with paneer as a stuffing. It felt like I was having paneer sabji rolls. The view and ambience was good. Food was not up to the mark.

Visited for dinner yesterday, but the experience was disappointing. Even with fewer guests, the service was poor as staff were focused on a private party. Most items on the menu were unavailable, and we were limited to pre-prepared dishes. Food quality was average, and even basic service like sauces required multiple follow-ups. Not the standard we expected based on previous visits.

Went to celebrate parents anniversary, had a pathetic experience. Food was not upto mark for the overpriced menu. Paneer was super hard, vegetables were not served together, we had to wait for one dish to arrive by which time we were done with main course. Dal makhani and paneer gravy had no difference. Will not recommend.
