Honest Review of Vana Restro & Lounge The food at Vana Restro & Lounge was decent and tasted good, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. One thing I found quite hypocritical is that they serve alcohol but have a strictly vegetarian menu with no non-veg options. Of course, they are free to have their own menu, but personally, I found this combination quite strange. The seating and staff experience was another major disappointment. It felt like customers were being judged based on their group size and what they were likely to order. In our case, we had to ask almost 10 times before they finally offered us a seat with a front view of the live music. The whole process felt unnecessarily complicated and made us feel like we were being treated differently. The payment and billing process was also confusing. They accept bookings through platforms like District and Zomato, but when it came to the bill, we were told that the liquor amount could not be paid through the booking/payment made on those platforms. Instead, they generated a separate bill for the liquor. If this is their policy, it should be clearly communicated upfront. What was even more concerning was that there wasn’t a proper bar menu with clearly displayed prices. The liquor prices were shown separately on an A4-sized sheet, which made the pricing feel unclear and lacking transparency. It would be much better if the bar menu and prices were clearly available to customers before ordering. Coming to the food, it was good but nothing exceptional. It was decent, but not something I would personally spend this kind of money on, especially considering the overall service. The service was honestly the biggest letdown. The staff were not attentive, the seating experience was frustrating, the billing process was confusing, and despite all this, there seemed to be an expectation that we should still tip. Overall, decent food, but poor service, an uncomfortable seating experience, and a confusing billing/payment process. For the price and the overall experience, I personally wouldn’t choose to visit again.

the food was 5/5 but the managment was 0/5 and service i would say 2/5 , no glass,napkins were provided, food was delayed by an hour.
