The quality of the food was very bad, it seemed stale, while we had ordered it even once more and then it was very good..very disappointed.🙁

Food is good...daal will much better....overall thali is good. Bafla 4/5 Daal 3/5 Laddoo 3/5 Rice 4/5 Kadi 4/5 Overall rating 3/5 according to me.

Everytime I order the thali price is raised. Such frequent price rise unacceptable

My Order is incomplete as mentioned in the app by hotel. I have order but it doesnot contain chutney,chaas,salad,refresher as mentioned in the menu list.

Last week I visited Sai Palace and took parcel 4 thalis and then came back to Indore and sad part is that the complete food was stale and that was sting. And level was that where I was not able to keep that food in front of my nose. That day there was some guests was at my home and that was the awkward moment when everyone was waiting for food and unfortunately I already ruined dinner as I already experienced by Sai palace at mangalnath so I was pretty sure that they will maintain their old name. I will never end my daal bati love here but yes in ujjain near to this store there was a lot of outlets was there. And I am very much sure that I will get something better then Sai palace
