Disgusting I have order and wait for 40 min at ujjain railway station as I choose delivery address but later order cancel as my train arrived and now hotel reply far from hotel as I know hotel is just 2 km from station and if he is not ready to deliver then why he accept my order my account debited by 693/- and until no amount reverse if my amount is not reversed in next 24 hours I complained both Zomato as well as hotel in consumer forum

Worst service!! First they did not deliever what we ordered and when we called them the owner said "item was out of stock and costly dish was replaced with it".. this literally made me laugh, we ordered shrikhand and they send curd with few pieces of papaya and pineapple.. For continues half an hour I spend in trying to connect with restro owner but they were all just playing passing the pass.. Thanks to Zomato- For refund
