Love the desserts , they taste absolutely delicious and they’re addictive too . I crave eating at uncle goons every alternate day and I’m still not tired of it . 🤌🏻🫠🤤🫶🏻 Everything is perfect there , must visit and my go to place forever ❤️❤️ +1 for their Nutella Triple Chocolate Cheesecake & Dark chocolate sea salt cookie sandwich 🤤🫰🏻

Loved the Brownies here. I tried Nutella brownie with ice Cream, Biscoff brownie with ice - cream. It is served warm and tastes sooo good. Also, you must experience their discount washroom.

Ambience is good. limited menu. taste isn't extraordinary and variety is limited. We tried intense frappe (3/5) , nuttela cookie crumble brownie icecream - 3.5/5.

Vanilla Ice Cream isn’t good quality. Brownie isn’t how a brownie should be. Nutella isn’t real Nutella. I know pricing is important in India but this seems misleading.

Items they serve are decent, not the most exceptional or extra ordinary. Reason for giving one star is they are not at all humble and are very arrogant. Had recently visited their new outlet, ordered their UG Sundae, requested them to drizzle some chocolate sauce on the vanilla ice cream as my 4 year old loves it that way, they straight away refused, on insisting more they arrogantly asked me to pay extra for that. I mean for 190 Rs you can't even get a bit of chocolate sauce on ice-cream. This kind of things happen when fame and money gets into their head. Really very disappointed with such behaviour.

I placed an order from Uncle Goons through Swiggy, but it was cancelled due to a misunderstanding. The payment was refunded to the restaurant, and the prepared order was already with them. Since both the money and the food were with the restaurant, I requested them to send the order via Porter at my own expense and even offered to pay any Swiggy charges if needed. However, they refused and kept both the refund amount and the order. I have been their customer since the beginning, so this kind of treatment was very disappointing. This felt very unfair and reflected poor customer service.
