Taste of the food is as excellent as I expected. Chutney and sambhar were perfect in taste and quantity and quality. I wish the restaurant open soon so that i take my family there to enjoy the ambiance

Service is so fast I got the parcel in 15 min. Food packing was epic and tasty wise it was as delicious as I expected. Sambhar and chutney were best in quality as well as in quantity

This new outlet of 22nd parallel is supercool ! Very spacious, surrounded with greenary! Don't need to comment about the quality n taste of their food. It's always first class :)

It was a nice place with pretty good ambiance and the food was also good. We were very excited to see the menu and try out new things like appam, idiyappam,puttu and neer dosa. But half of the things were either not available and the others it felt as if the person taking the order discouraged us to not order any of them since it would take a lot of time to prepare. Even though we were okay to wait and menu said 30mins prep time but he told us 1hour and kept saying that till we gave up and ordered something common.

There is only one captain taking orders, difficult to place orders. Most of the items off the menu were not available. Also no menu (digital menu which was difficult for elder people to use) and no proper description for the items food items (see image added). When we ordered 4feet long dhosa for 2 people the captain came to explain us that it will be 4 feet long as if we do t know the difference, and indirectly stating how can two people eat that big dhosa. 22 parallel is just over hyped place. I would prefer Sudha or South Tak over 22 parallel all the time. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Bad air conditioning. Doesn't work most of the time. Yellow lights are getting really warm. Unclean water bottles. Need to to give wet wipes: when asked they said it's the owners choice as this is a franchise.

The manager gives the bill while the customer is eating their food. They even tell you to leave and don’t allow to order again because they have waiting. Worst service. The food is good but their service and customer treatment is way worst!

Sluggishly slow food delivery. Took 20-30 mins to make simple idlis. Repeat delivery was very slow. Food was extremely salty. May never visit this branch again. Wouldn’t recommend.

Sambhar was cold. At the end the manager/owner didn't give extra mukhwas. Lame excuse that it is limited for per person.
