Expected better food but was hugely disappointed.you get very less quantity for what you pay @ 18% tax.simply avoidable.

I planned to visit Mandap restaurant but due to huge rush on a weekend, changed my plan and went down stairs to 24 Carats. This place is now a joke in the name of buffet. They served us cold starters and the servers took their own sweet time to even see whether water was served. The chicken wings or whatever they called the starter looked as if cooked hours back and was just thrown on the plate. It was dry, hard and flavorless. The fish starter was served fresh but then you'd have to wait for 10-15 mins for them to prepare a new batch. The fun started when we went towards salad. There was an item called aloo chaat which was awfully sweet. I understand the affinity in Gujarat towards making food a bit sweet but who makes sweet chaat? The ones found with the street vendors is 100 times better. There was only 2 non veg option in the main course out of which one was egg. Who eats egg curry in buffet? They seriously need to think about the menu. The biggest culprit was the baked veggies (Veg Au Gratin) which didn't have cheese. It felt as if the sauce was made with flour and nothing else. There was a raw taste of flour and the veggies were not cooked enough due to which there was a strange crunch in those unrecognizable vegetables. The limited dessert option was a saving grace. I had heard good things about this place and hence went there. This is probably the last time I will go there.

This place is not as good as it used to be. The service was extremely slow and the food was average or even below average. The minestrone soup is basically tomato soup with 4 pieces of carrots. It took them a long time to bring out the main course and then another 20 minutes to bring out extra rotis. I was not happy with the quality of food.

The person serving the table was not polite enough and They did serve a chocolate ice cream but when we asked for the same we were denied straight that only vanilla is available whilst chocolate and vanilla were served the previous time.

Food quality was horrible. Took plenty of time to serve. Service was not upto the mark. Not worth visiting again. Very high rates. Quality and service poor.

The food is good and caters to our specification as well. However teh only reason I’m giving One star is because The attendant who receives the call is really rude. All I wanted her to understand was that even though they were cancelling the order from their side, just make sure they let zomato know as previously they charged me for an order that wasn’t even prepared and didn’t even refund when I asked for one. She did argue and was extremely arrogant and told me that it’s not her lookout. However it is their lookout to inform whether the order has been accepted rejected or cancelled. Also she claims that the timings are listed for specific categories on the menu, however there are NO timings listed whatsoever. Kindly be polite and more informative instead of being rude and impolite to customers. I’ve been a regular customer since years. I hope the higher authorities take note of how the staff communicate with the customers.

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly poor, and the food they served was stale and of very low quality. No one should dine here. I request food quality organisation to strictly check the food.

Ordered fettuccine Alfredo and Paneer tikka pizza, the pasta had very less cheese and was very dry. The paneer pizza literally just had paneer on bread with little to no sauce and toppings. Literally had the worst experience

The chicken soup i order was pathetic, will never recommend your place to my friends for any kind of food. I have uploaded the image i throwed it in the dustbin. Pathetic taste and worst soup i tasted in my life.
