It was a pleasant surprise to head into the Punjabi food festival at Grand Mercure on 18-01-2026. Authentic Punjabi dishes like sarson da saag and makki di roti along with pindi chhole and non- veg delicacies were fabulous. The festival is on till. 26th. Recommend for great Punjabi dishes. Anyone with a good appetite should visit. The staff is very courteous and ensure thar the guests feel at home. The ambience is very good. Grand Mercure makes a splash once again.

Booked buffet breakfast through the Zomato app for 20% discount on meal. Service was excellent. Food was average. most of the hot food were served not hot, only lukewarm. Coffee and tea were also average. Calm, peaceful meal area which was very relaxing. All serving staff were excellent.

First of all we were not at all told about ala karte not unavailable and only buffet will ne available. Secondly taste was absolutely disappointing. Service was also very unsatisfactory.
