The food and drinks are similar to all CCDs. The place is good for smokers. Very well maintained. The staff is sweet and courteous. They don't always have all the menu items but that's fine. The AC was strong and good. Easy to locate with loads of parking space

I had ordered cheese chilli toastizza it is a good evening snack if you want to have something with your tea or coffee.It is topped with capsicum tomatoes and cheese it comes in a cute small packaging

So we recently went to Cafe Coffee day, Vasna and it was a *HIGHLY* disappointing experience. We had ordered the veg pizza and they asked whether we want double cheese or single cheese. We said single cheese. When our order came, there was a single slice of cheese on top of a few veggies. And on top of it they even charged extra for that slice of cheese which was added ON TOP OF THE PIZZA. There was no cheese on the pizza other than the slice. There used to be a time when we used to frequent CCD but poor customer service and experience has definitely been a factor in so many CCDs having hardly any customers. Never order snacks and expect it to be tasty or fresh in here. Have tried one samosa for Rs 37+taxes (not appealing) and Nachos for 81+taxes which I pretty much felt were given from random packets available in general stores with dip to flatter(not worth my 81 rupees). I am not rating the place for its cold coffee, its pretty good!

Really BAD experience. just the packaging is hip , the food inside is cold and stale. And they take 40 as packing charges !! for the junk they pack in those good looking containers. ordered filter coffee  and t was hardly even 200 ml !!!! .. it tasted of the acrylic zomato tape it was packed in . no sugar packets were given either. the kulcha wrap was horrible... just a lazy cutlet with cold mayo on it .. . THE samosas WERE PATHETIC .. no WOnder CCD is losing the market and has had to shut shop

This place is good for the spending time and gossips and hangout with just coffee. Cos there was no fresh food available in the menu .we want to order some fresh but nothing was available except the pre packed food . You can just go get a drink and chill there. That’s it. Yes they have nice sitting area outside and inside both. But for food there is nothing good here. We ended up ordered coffee and cookies and packed sandwich. There is no other option. Guys please maintain your menu.

Coffee I had ordered Too stale cream in devils own Started vomiting and stomach ache within few hours. Cream was khatta. Paying 350 for a coffee and that too stale Very bad experience

The frappe was half the quantity. Check the photos. Do not ever order from CCD
